    Hi10 Air will not turn on. Its been charged overnight. It hasn’t been dropped. It has just stopped working for no reason. Stock Win10. I’ve not touched the BIOS.  I have tried pressing the power button 15 sec, waiting 30secs, pressing power button twice etc. It has had no response.       I live in Brisbane Australia and don’t know of anyone who can fix this. Please help me.

    I went to the Microsoft Store and they connected it to power and tried to reset it   to no avail. They said it was a hardware issue. Unsure what I can do now.

    I took it to a local reparer and they said the mainboard has failed. After 5 months.

    Has anyone else had this issue?  Chris G?

    It should still be under warranty but have lost the receipt.. I do have the bank statement entry in which I can send them to prove that I paid for it though.

    Id really like some help and advice on what to do next.

    In a store in Shenzhen, China.

    That doesn’t matter now though. It will cost more to send back and too much of a hassle.

    Has anyone found a way to get these working again? Is a new battery or motherboard required?
