I went to the Microsoft Store and they connected it to power and tried to reset it to no avail. They said it was a hardware issue. Unsure what I can do now.
I took it to a local reparer and they said the mainboard has failed. After 5 months.
Has anyone else had this issue? Chris G?
It should still be under warranty but have lost the receipt.. I do have the bank statement entry in which I can send them to prove that I paid for it though.
Id really like some help and advice on what to do next.
