Hi10 Plus Battery Capacity

Hi. I have installed the battery bar pro app in Windows and it is displaying that the battery Capacity of my hi10 Plus is only 3300+ mah. I believe that as per advertised, it should have 8000+. Is anyone having the same problem? And do you have suggestions to have this corrected? Do you think I havea faulty battery / tablet? Both OS reports the same information on the battery. Thanks to anyone who can throw in their inputs.
