Hi10 PRO HQ64 Version – Tochscreen inverted/not working correct

Hi!

I recently bought a HI10 Pro tablet with Serial HQ64. That has the Z8350, 4Gb Ram, 64Gb Emmc.

I deleted all the partitions and installed a clean Win10. Everything is working, exept the touch driver.

Before installation, I did a driver back up in the original Windows 10.

I restored those drivers in my clean installation, but many errors occured. So I did manual driver updates. Everything exept the touch screen worked.

 

The touch screen driver is installed and it tells me that its working properly. Unfortunately it is inverted and sometimes recognizes 2 fingers. I read alot about this problem in the chuwi forums but there seams no real solution. Has anyone an idea how to get the touch screen working?

 

I have Windows build 1607 – 14393.693 installed.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve installing different versions of the driver, and the problem persist.

Any idea how to solve it?

Finally, I’ve solved the problem. I’ve copied the original drivers from one tablet working OK, and the problem has been solved.

You need to unistall the drivers you have now and after that install these others.
