Bios update is safe, but there is always a risk. To play it safe make sure you have 100% battery and run it from a bootable USB and if it stops after flashing, and there is no error just type exit. If it reports an error flash again until it’s successful.

I have a netgear USB wireless adaptor that’s the size of a Logitech USB receiver and it works slightly better than the internal Wireless N, the think the metal case inhibits the signal somewhat. I’ve seen this on the Chuwi HiBook Vs the Cube iwork10 with plastic where the ariel is.

    Hello.

I got a USB adapter at amazon and it works far better than the factory one!

Is updating the BIOS mandatory? Which is the benefit of doing it?
