    I just got an Hi12 and keyboard from gearbest. The keyboard does not become active when I dock in the tablet. Am I missing something that I need to do before the keyboard will work???

    Also…exactly how wobbly is the tablet in the keyboard? Mine seems pretty wobbly.

    Ok…update:

    I was messing around and went into device manager. Saw under “Keyboards” there were 3 entries  for “HID Keyboard Device”. I deleted 2 of them and the keyboard started working. Of course, I just looked at device manager again, and there are now 4 entries,but the keyboard is working.

     

    go figure.
