Hi .
I have a rly bad problem , i can use web camera and mic on many apps . One of them is a facebook massanger app , when i try to call someone , i get a windows massage –  Permissions , in your device settings, make ssure that messenger is allowed to use microphone , and the same massage is when i try to video call ..
i open a settings on privacy is all on , camera , micropone .. i can find a problem , anyone can help ? and this shit is a browser as well …. :@

Did you use one of those applications to stop windows 10 from spying? Some of them are really overzealous and prevent everything from accessing the camera and microphone by editing settings in the registry, if you have, perhaps you can reverse it using the same application. If not, check the registry anyways check guides on how to disable the camera via registry and make sure its not turned off like that.
