Universal laptop skin DIY sticker with various printings for any 14 inch 15.6 inch computer notebook

(from AliExpress Android)I was actually considering buying this for the back of my Hi13. Hmmm DIY…The little hole for the camera looks like a challenge but nothing a Stanley knife and precision can’t handle.
<span style=”font-size: 16px;”>The carbon foil looks nice but it’s not my style, but if you’re gonna go for it best of luck! And show us photos of it! :)</span>
April 20, 2017 at 9:12 am #65728do not forget the paper puncher for the camera
April 20, 2017 at 9:28 pm #65789A paper hole puncher! Didn’t think of that! Smart idea.

April 23, 2017 at 2:05 pm #65885I just finished putting a carbon fiber vinyl I got from the local $1 store (Japan), it’s not perfect… but not bad if I may say.
I’ll be posting pictures tomorrow 😉
April 23, 2017 at 3:01 pm #65893wow, look forward to see the photo
April 24, 2017 at 2:14 am #65916Here are some shots of my attempt to style up my Chuwi Hi13…
I got a couple of Carbon Fiber Vinyl from a local $1 store (total for the wrap $2!) I also used a cutter and scissors for the cutting job.
I also used my wive’s Hair Blower to soften the vinyl on the edges and corners, but unfortunately I missed up on my cutting. So the cuts around the dock pins are crooked and in some places you can still see silver lines from the metal aluminum body. 🙁 sigh…
Good news is that the vinyl didn’t affect the magnets on the bottom and side of the Hi13, so the stylus still sticks to it well!
It turned out way better than my Chuwi Hi12 job! It was so ugly, I just took it off! The curves on the Hi12 don’t help either!

I will try to make similar stuff when receiving my part, ^_^
April 24, 2017 at 6:27 am #65926Thanks!
Yea I’m confident that it is protecting the aluminum body pretty good.
The added grip is a big BONUS! The tablet is easier to grip now! 🙂
April 24, 2017 at 2:20 pm #65938went to local store and bought some carbon vinyl also
First attempt doesn’t look so good 😀
Vinyl size is 150cm x 60cm,so I have few extra tries left :p

April 24, 2017 at 10:11 pm #65955I forgot the size of the sheets of vinyl, but I got 2 of them. I apply them from the center out (so there’s a line on the center).
They cost $1 each! LOL
I got them from a $1 store call in Japan called “Seria”.
April 25, 2017 at 2:54 pm #66036Hey Hananias, could you post your results on the Chuwi forum under Chuwi hi13, “Chuwi essentials”? More people could see it and try it too.
I'm not weird, I'm limited edition (~.~)
