Hi8 stuck pixel

Hi I bought a Chuwi HI8 from Amazon a few weeks ago and have just noticed a red stuck pixel in the center of the screen!!! has anyone else had this issue?? and has anyone dealt with getting a replacement from amazon? thanks

Have you tried the stuck pixel fixer software trick ? It might solve your problem.

If that doesn’t help then take a look at the warranty policy. Sometimes there is a minimum number of stuck pixels clause (like 3 or 5) in there to be eligible for free repair under warranty conditions (less stuck pixels than the indicated number means that you will most likely have to pay for all the costs involved).
