Hi8 Touch problem, half the screen not working.

Hello folks,

i received my Hi8 with a strange issue. Half the screen in windows and a third of the screen in Android arent responding to touch. I already upgraded to windows 10, tried drivers from here and tried to figure out anything else. Im lost.

Any ideas how to fix this ? i guess i need to send it back to china for replacement -.-”

If the touchscreen is not responding outta the box for first time use you have a defective tablet.

For windows 10 touch driver install the chuwi-hi8_touch dont forget to run as administrator the Install.cmd

thank you, that was the case, so im going to send it back to china.

i hoped that it would be a software error.
