Android is snappy, but the animations lag. Could somebody measure his fps with fps meter (is there a better app which records spikes and gives some stats?)? Problem occurs with the stock Android launcher and CM 12.1. I think I will give Remix OS a try but it would really surprise me if this ROM does not have the problem.
TWRP isn’t fluent, too. Does TWRP is smooth for you?
Benchmark scores are good, 1600 Mhz does not help at all, most apps don’t lag. Problem occurs even without custom apps. Windows runs fine. Changing resolution to FHD helps a little, but the CPU should be able to handle at least FHD very well and in Chris’ videos it looks like even the 1440p devices run smooth.
What do you suggest?
