After having the hibook on charge overnight, when I tried to start it up it would not boot up. I noticed the the full charge red light stayed on after the charger was removed. This happened 3 days ago, I have tried all sorts of button combination which I found on this forum, with no change. I have pluged in a led light in the hope that would discharge the battery, but to no effect, it didn’t even charge the light. Can anybody help? The tablet is only 3 months old, I have had trouble getting a decent WiFi connection as well, even purchased a WiFi extender , but this didn’t help, as far as I am concerned this product is total rubbish and I am disappointed with it. I have had 2 other Chuwi tablets with no problems.
