Hibook pro keybord problem

Hi

I recived today my hibook pro and I noticed my docking keyboard keeps disconnecting. I can get light on and connect it but takes a little efford. Anyone knows any possible fix ? I cant understand problem is in keyboard connection or tablet.

i receive one and only works the first day. After fight a little with gearbest they send me new one for free. Works great but cant use full keys. in the part of letter  write number. need use FN for swap… mayb is me… but better try contact seller. Somepersons report that and not have solution.
