How do you charge?

I haven’t discovered a pattern to this yet but my tablet struggles to charge, even with official charger + cable.

 

Charging with it completely powered off seems to randomly start the tablet through the night and then it will charge really slowly or not at all. I’ve had most success in windows by putting the tablet to sleep via power menu before charging but even that fails sometimes and I come back 6 hours later with an extra 5% charge.

 

Android is no different, sometimes it charges properly and sometimes it doesn’t.

 

So how do you charge your tablet reliably?

Fot me, i set it to charge when going to bed, and when i get up next day its charged

I did not like the size of the provided charger, especially considering the adapter from Euro to US plug kept falling off. So I purchased several chargers, but the only one I found that would charge the tablet while running was the iClever IC-QC05.

It charges my dual boot HI12 in both Windows and Android.

How fast does it charge while in use? Mine doesn’t really gain or lose charge if I’m using it and charging it at the same time.

It’s like that with standard charger or cable because most current is going to power device not battery but you can make a big difference with a quickcharge type:
