    I intall win 10 home at my tbook 16s and format eMMC, now i want intall factory my tablet. I can download form techlast.com

    I recently purchased the Teclast Tbook 16S and it has refused to power my external hard drive. Please, how do I solve this problem as it is a very big issue for me? Thank you.

    I believe the usb doesnt have sufficient power to power up the external hdd
