    Are you sure the touchscreen driver is properly installed? Won’t work otherwise.

    I’m pretty sure it is. I even did a full system flash via instructions here http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/hi12-official-win10-system-firmware-and-drivers/

    I have a similar issue with my tablet, but my screen is pitch black and touch is working. According to the forums a flex cable has gotten lose during the transport, might be a similar issue for you but a different flex cable?
