Dear, the most common resolution in china tablets is 1920*1080 for tablets of 10″

There are some models with 2K screens : CHUWI HiBook Pro and CHUWI HI12

Is there big differences for a multimedia use with DUAL OS ?

Since most are running Atom CPU’s the golden rule is the higher the resolution the more demanding on the GPU, which is only a low powered integrated GPU. This difference is normally only seen when gaming. For multimedia the higher resolution screens look better.

However, Windows can feel faster on a 1080p screen vs say a 1600p one. Because again 1080 is easier and faster for the CPU/GPU to render.
