    You can try a complete cycle. Run it until it powers off, then try to power it on again, repeat this. Once it’s 100% dead then charge it overnight. Check in the morning if you’re back to 0% wear if not it’s something that can’t be avoided.

    Thanks for your answer. I tried a full cycle but now battery wear is slightly worse as battery bar indicates 4%.

    I only run the laptop until powered off then fully chargued until green light showed up.
