how to change USB C charge direction for Onda Obook 11 pro

Hi,

As you know, the Onda Obook 11 pro has USB-C port for charging. The USB-C port is capable of powering itself external devices as well, as the Techtablets review pointed out.

 

Now, I bought a ZMI QB820 powerbank that should be perfectly capable of providing the Obook 11 pro with the 12V 3A it needs. However, when plugged in via USB-C the tablet is charging the powerbank, and not the other way around as it should.

Any idea on how to change the charging direction? On Android a popup appears asking you the charging direction. However on Windows no such thing happens unfortunately.
