Hi! I often feel anxious, especially because of work and personal problems. Sometimes it seems like this anxiety never goes away. I know that there are apps to cope with it, but I can’t decide which is the best. Does anyone use apps to combat anxiety? Which ones really help? Do you know anything about this, or maybe there are some tips to reduce anxiety in everyday life?
April 23, 2025 at 9:03 am #241286Hi! I recently came across an article on techtimes.com discussing the Liven app. This app helps cope with anxiety by improving your daily routine and offering a course on anxiety management. Liven asks questions to understand your state, and then gives recommendations on how to improve your mood and reduce stress. It helps you organize your tasks, control your mood, and even provides small courses on mental and emotional health. I think this could be useful.

Apps like these can really help organize your thoughts and reduce stress. I’m also looking for solutions like these to help me better control my day and not get overwhelmed.

Without proper treatments you will always be at risk of getting back to where you started. In New York, it is very easy to get help, so please, don’t hesitate.

It reminds me of checking myself in a small, thoughtful moment using promille-kalkulator.no in a story-like way—like someone quietly pausing to estimate their blood alcohol level by entering gender, weight, and drinking time while trying to stay mindful of their health and mood.</p>
