How to decrease Android partition size?

I want to give 16GB for android and the rest for Windows. I don’t mind installing Android + Windows 10 over. Can you give me some instructions how to do this?

I have partitions for 1 gb to full size of emmc .

I the next release I add it to the rom.

I tried that gpt files, Windows partition will be wiped out completely, and have to install Windows from scratch, and painfully installing the drivers one by one.
