How to do hard reset for X80 power?

Today I have pushed ‘backup and reset’ menu in the setting to clean the tablet.

After earsing, the android started and asked my google account and password. It asked again and again to login correct account connected to this tablet although it was correct. So I cannot get in to the system to change setting or others. I have repeated it again and again. It workds in same way.

So I wanted to know how to hard reset the tablet. I tried volume- button with power button. It goes into bootloader menu in fast boot mode. Selecting  recovery option goes the screen with ‘no command’.

Here push the volume-/power button again in same time. We can get to the menu of ‘wipe data/ factory recovery’

And then selct it to refresh the tablet to factory setting

I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work for me? Can anybody help ,my 7yo has put a pattern password on and now need factory reset?

Please try this:
After you selecting recovery option and goes the screen with ‘no command’.

Push the <span style=”color: #ff0000;”>volume+ /power</span> button in the same time (not volume- /power button). That should take you to the menu of ‘wipe data/ factory recovery’
