Hi everyone i have an Jumper EZbook 2 (Second Batch)
and i was updating my intel hd graphics when i finishing a scan with auto-reboot on.
when the scan was over the Ezbook went to reboot but the update wasnt over yet . i was stuck waiting to reboot so i force shutdown it by continually pressing the power button.
After that the ezbook boots in windows but with a black screen after the jumper logo disappears…i have a backup of the hd graphics driver to install it…
my question is how to enter safe mode with a black screen or which function button to press and when so i enter the startup settings menu and access the safe mode…
