Hi, my windows partition is working fine in that I can log in with the pin and it works fine. However, the android partition has suddenly stopped accepting the pin (even though it is correct) and will only let me do a few certain things without entering it (turn bluetooth on and off, autorotate, flight mode, brightness, camera) but not let me enter settings without the pin.
I’m thinking only way may be to do a full factory reset of the device and reset everything again. Any ideas how to do this? Power on and vol down only does a normal boot, and power on and vol up only takes it into the bios.
