I noticed for some time that the tablet was constantly losing charge in Windows 10.  The following helped:

    1. I went to Control Panel->All Control Panel Items->Power Options>Edit Plan Settings->Change Advanced Power Options.
    2. Select Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Settings.
    3. Change everything to “2 level”.
    4. Adjust brightness down to 75%.
    5. In the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel, I switch resolution down to 1280×800, aspect scaled.

Now it charges very slowly, but at least it’s not losing charge.

    “lulz”

You think I want to do that?  I have a DC5V charger and it’s still not enough.  I’m open to suggestions.
