How to Flash Android and Windows 8.1 again

I am right now for the second day in a row spending all day trying to fix my Chuwi Vi10, Vi10PQ64G22151100xxx. I accidentally deleted the Android partition, and Windows 10 is not working correctly, the touch and wifi both don’t work (sound works again after downgrading bios). I have honestly no idea what to do at the moment, as the official image for Android fails at 5%, everytime. I think I right now do know how to flash Windows 8.1 again, though I read that you first have to flash Android. Can anybody please help me as I am getting a little desperate here.

This is the error I keep getting when flashing Android:

01/30/16 00:32:20.745 ERROR : Port 0/1/5 #0: Booting to droidboot.img failed – SN : Baytrail100D0D28

i am using manufacturing Flash Tool, and I used all the android images I could find. I also have all the drivers and such installed on the PC. Can anyone please help me :'(.

Hello! Where can i download the j1d bios from?

I had it at the begining with my Q32G22151102117 and all works fine, but when i downgrade to the old bios g1d, there are a lot of drivers didn’t work.

I regret the day that i upgrade to Windows 10. Now i have a nice paperweight.

First you have to flash bios, then android (v1.0.9 for you) after that Windows. you need two usb sticks to flash Windows. I flashed all and my tablet is now stock win 8.1 and android without any problems.

Can you please explain step by step how to do it? I downloaded all the files, but I have no idea in which order and what to do. Thank you!
