    Try holding the function key when you hit f7.  Or other combinations that work may be the Esc key or holding the power and vol key at the same time when you boot up.

    Or boot to BIOS (Press Vol + & Power button)

    Go to:

    Save & Exit / Boot Override : Select the external flash drive that you want to boot from.

    If it is not showing in the Boot Override list, that means the tablet is not able to detect it or boot from it.
