How To Install English Version Of Windows 10

Hi

I notice that Chris’s video shows an English version of Windows 10 whilst the Mi Notebook Air comes only with the Chinese version.

How does one replace the Chinese version to the English version? Do you have to pay extra fees to Microsoft for the englsih version ?
