    When the first really hot day of the year hit, I switched on our air conditioner expecting instant relief, but instead it started making a strange rattling sound and blowing barely cool air. I tried cleaning the filter, but it didn’t seem to help much. It made me realize I probably should’ve done a full check-up before the warm season started. Does anyone have a routine they follow to get their AC ready so it doesn’t fail when you need it most?
