    I received an old TBook 16 Power model M5F8 that has been dis-guarded by its previous owner.

    While I was able to change the language of Android to English, I have not been able to gain access to Windows 10: It is in Chinese, with a Chinese user-account (i.e. the previous owner)

    HOW can I remove the Chinese account and create an English account I can use? I don’t have the previous password (so no admin access). Do I need to re-install windows 10? If yes, HOW can I do this (is there a full guide for this?). I’d like to keep the dual boot if possible!
