    With the default driver or did you already update it?

    I have driver version 21.20.16.4534 which works well.

    Have you tried the Intel Driver Update Utility?

    I updated my CM+ and so far it seems to be working fine. I did it hoping to stop what seemed to be wifi related hard crashes. So far so good.
