Sorry I missed a step, it must be formatted as a GPT bootable drive. Use Rufus for this.

http://reviewschinas.wordpress.com/December 11, 2015 at 3:18 am #18160Here’s what I did. The X98 PRO (K9C3)-Windows10 Part1-4 is the multi language install. The same as X98 PRO (K9C3)-Windows10 (多语言版)-安装文件 (含WINPE和images).part1-4 from Teclast Baidu
- Windows: Format FAT32 and name it WINPE (not WINRE as above)
- Copy the extract files over
- USB Hub with keyboard and USB Drive from above
- Boot to BIOS (I did it from Windows Recovery -> UEFI Firmware
- Select override boot to USB Drive
- let it run and after 1st boot, it should pop up a OOBE, just press okay and it will install and reboot again.
I’ve attached the Official guide from Teclast in Chinese, but you can just follow the photos and get a good idea of what you need to do.
Here’s Teclast official link for the Win 10 image. If your come with Single Language, then you need to flash that or else it won’t activate.
