I can not upgrade to Windows 10

Hello, I can not install Windows 10 on my tablet, I tried 10 times to no avail.

Once you downloaded all the files and restarts the installation starts, comes to 77% and restarts for the second time, and it appears an inscription that says “Back to the version of Windows” and then you see this:

the installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during
PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT

secure boot is disabled.

It is from 3 days that I try to install without success.

To make you understand better I loaded a sample image (attached).
Arrives at 22/25% overall, and copying files to get 77% and reboots saying that back to the previous version of Windows.

Nice to meet you. When major update of win10 will go well when I’ll remove the micro sd

I had to do a factory reset before i was able to install Win10 successfully
