    I was changing some settings in the bios, and now the screen is black when tablet is turned on. I can’t find a way to get back into the bios to undo or fix what I changed. I unplugged the battery hoping to reset something. But no such luck. My last idea is to unplug the battery and the CMOS battery, and hope for a reset or miracle. But I don’t even know where it is or if there even is one. PLEASE HELP ME.

    Which model EZpad?

    No battery, it uses EPROM memory. There will be a key combination to reset the model they you have. But holding power and volume up together resets my 5SE device.
