I need a tablet or ultrabook 12" plus for One Note

I dont care about the artsy stuff but I need a tablet/ultrabook that I can write notes with on One Note and with palm rejection.

Really dont want a Atom CPU.

at least the new one will that’s dual boot. But it’s an Atom. Otherwise:
