I’m not very experienced in EFI shell commands, but if I remember correctly I think you can still boot Windows at least from one of the USB ports.

http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/x98-pro-dual-os-firmware/#post-12138 It’s the X98 Pro, but might help in mounting drives in EFI shell.

Can you get into DNX mode? Power on holding vol+ & – it should display DnX mode and you can at least flash Android and partition the eMMC. Later install Windows image.

I can use a bootable flash drive to boot into windows recovery, yeah, but most of the system files are wiped from both OS’s….yes i can boot into DnX but cannot flash as of yet because the partitions they are trying to flash onto dont exist….uugghh lol – im pretty tech savy with Linux/Android and Win so this is irking me lol. i just found a solution to at least install windows 10 on it and i can partition off some space for android afterwards – or maybe gonna try ubuntu instead of android…?  i’ll check out that article now and get back – thanks so much for the reply i been watching the screen of this laptop too long hahaha

This program reads serials from bios. When you start .exe the program creates a file named “OEM-DM.txt” with your windows serial number!
