    Hi I finally received my tablet today but it has an issue i guess. it only turns on when its plugged in. As soon as I pull the charger out, the tablet turns off.

    I have charged it for over 6 hours now thinking the batteries need to go 100% etc. but still doing teh same. Any suggestions.

    Does the Windows say that you charging? When I got mine battery was empty but it charged to full in ~4-5 hours..

    it doesnt even have the battery icon on it. not even with in the windows systems settings. …

    If battery is not present, sounds like hardware failure?

    Just signed up to tell you this. My tablet was the same when I got it, I opened it up and the power cable for the battery had unhooked itself plugged it back in and all was fine. Hope this helps once you get it open its an easy fix.

    Thank you Alex. That was exactly it. Battery connector was plugged out!… Thank you for your help again.
