Insert in the box the alfanumeric string for F7, you can find it on the sticker over the bottom side of your laptop.

Expecting an answer using Italian doesn’t seems to me a good idea when posting on an international forum.

Ho lo stesso problema con il mio F7. Tramite il sito della Teclast, vieni indirizzato in un sito cinese che funge da cloud, in cui ci sono i file , ma è impossibile scaricarli. Ho provato anche a registrarmi ma senza successo. Tu sei riuscito a scaricarli? Puoi in qualche modo passarmeli?
