important question re: security features of tablets reviewed

I have been looking to purchase a tablet for a while now with limited budget, but I have found it difficult to find any information regarding security features of the tablets reviewed in here or elsewhere in general. There are only handful of tablets and their reviews that mention advanced security feature.

I was wondering if you could let me know if any of the top chinese budget tablets (teclast, cube i7 stylus, etc) offer at least basic drive encryption in case the tablets get stollen or lost.
