You’ll probably need a powered USB hub, mouse, keyboard, bootable USB drive with windows ISO burned on it, back up of the drivers for the tablet, back up of the windows bios key, then you would also need the files required for proper setup of touch screen (can be found in one of the other posts in the forum). So assuming you have all of that. You would install windows, then install drivers, then setup touch screen, then check to make sure that windows got activated correctly.

If you just want you tablet to be clean i.e. (fresh install), you might want to try factory reset instead since it would be easier.

    Good luck

ps. Windows will only automatically activate if you install Windows 10 Home (not Professional).

Mathew’s advice is good, but I would additionally suggest that before you attempt anything like this that you make a backup image of the drive so you can revert to the current state if you have to. (I like http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx myself).
You can get your Windows key as it exists in the ACPI table using the command “wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey” on your tablet (right click on start button select command prompt and copy and paste the command shown without the quotes then hit enter). Once you have the key make a note of it and keep it safe, do not enter any key during Windows setup it will detect your key automatically later.
For backing up drivers you’ll want Double Driver, but only use the backed up drivers on the fresh instalation if you can’t find driver installation packages.

For making your ISO into a bootable USB stick may I suggest you try https://rufus.akeo.ie.
You could also create a USB installation flash drive with Microsoft’s media creation tool.
