Hello
i was thinking about getting the tablet from banggod (you get 10% off with thier app) making it about 170$.
Ive noticed that a lot of pepole complain about the tabket using a 32-bit Win 10 which can onlu use 2.9GB of RAM
So basically my question is can i simply install a new 64 bit win 10 on the tablet and thats it?
Im afraid to get stuck with the drivers and experience some touch issues.
December 25, 2015 at 10:17 am #19881The bios needs to be able to support W10 64bit . The 32bit systems don’t.
Apparently they will release a 64bit bios upgrade at some point.

2015-12-25 06:14:50I am sorry for problem friend, if we have choice, we will send the tablet on the day you order to you, and will send the 64 bit to you at first time. But the factory always delay us, no a seller will make the store as a kidding, I am sorry we were because of the Hi10. But please don’t be worry, actually we got the 64 bit tablet in hand now, if you don’t want the 32 bit one, you can send it back to us for exchange, we can send the 64 bit one to you. And we will afford the shipping fee.
MaxDecember 25, 2015 at 5:56 pm #19908well, they are being really kind to offer you that since this is all chuwi’s fault and not theirs.
with that being said, i think chuwi screwed up big time… i fear the 64 bit batches are a different, newer hardware revision so the bios is not compatible with the 32 bit one. that’s the only logical explanation as for why there is no update out yet, despite the 64 bios rom and bios existing already
if i were you, i would accept the swap immediately
