Installing android and buying stylus questions.

So if I buy the hi12 right now, will I be able to install android on it myself, since it doesn’t come pre installed. Is getting the pre installed version any better? Will I be able to freely switch back and forth?

Also when the stylus version comes out will I be able to buy the stylus separately and use it on the one older one?
