Intermittent keyboard issues on telcast f7

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help as my telecast f7 has suddenly developed intermittent keyboard issues when the cursor is in any search box it is like the x key is held down  when I clear it they come back, also when you click the start button with the mouse it goes into Cortana just placing the x’s in the box , this does not happen always but often enough to make the laptop useless to use only way to tuen off the laptop when this happens is to press the windows key and turn off the computer any help please.
