I have the Chuwi Hi12 Dual Boot tablet. My Android speed seems good but my Windows internet speed seems REALLY slow. Is/HAS anyone else having/had this issue? If you had it what were you able to do to fix it?

Ping: 49ms
Download: 1.78Mbps

Edit again:
Apparently the issue was Windows Update was downloading a few updates and those updates were frozen. I had to download a .dat file from somewhere to reset Windows Update. That fixed my download speed problem in Windows and the Updates appear to be downloading ok. This topic can be closed if you want.
