Iplay Pro20 battery not charging

I bought an Iplay20 Pro a few years ago and out of the box the battery didn’t charge properly, I couldn’t get it to over 40% and switched on and plugged in the % went down. Couldn’t get any support from Alldocube so just put it in a cupboard.

Found it in the cupboard yesterday thought I’d see if there’s any updates or any help out there.

In “About Phone” is says build number is T1011S_V1.0_20210301

The latest available from Alldocube to download is iPlay20(T1011S)-EN-20201208 which seems to be older ?

I’ve put one of those USB power meters on it and voltage is 5.19 and current is 0 when the tablet is off and its showing as charging and 19% full. I’ve managed to get the current up to around 0.14A when the tablet was on.

Anyone got any suggestions or should I just put it back in the cupboard?
