IPX & water proof / resistant tablets

I’ve been enjoying the reviews for a while now, and I’m curious to hear of any of these tablets or Chinese manufactures have started listing IPX ratings or otherwise designing for water resistance?

I ask because have two children, and although cases are always used, water is often an issue one way or another. If the answer is no I’d also welcome water resistant case recommendations.  I’m not looking for underwater photography, just more spill and drop in the pool type of resistance.
