Should take a few seconds of holding down the power button before it boots up. That’s there to help cut down on accidental power ups when in a bag etc.
no, I know, it is not that. It will boot to the teclast screen but stuck there with nothing. I will have to force shutdown and try a few times more to get it to boot properly. I have done a few clean install. The problem still persist.
but I am not using the the Chinese rom. I got a image directly from Microsoft. And all my drivers are good. Devices has zero problem except this boot problem. But I doubt that is the reason since I remember very clearly. The first time I turn it on when I first bought the device (when the manufacturer rom is still installed) , it took me a couple tries to boot as well.
does your x98 have similar problem?
