    Hi,

I have the Z8300 version and about 6 months ago did a factory reset so issues. Just make sure in Windows to only format the Windows drive when it asks (If it asks)

Android factory reset also when fine 1 month ago. Didn’t touch Windows.

Why did you mention formatting of the windows drive? Is that related to the factory reset of the Android OS somehow? Otherwise I think you said the Android factory reset works fine and doesn’t effect windows…. <confused>
