Is it possible to reinstall windows with micro SD card?

I’m using X80 Power, and accidentally I blew up the whole file on my tablet and I managed to reinstall the Android part of the system.

But the Windows part is still in stuck. Unfortunately I don’t have USB HUB(but still have OTG cable), so I can only access with one USB device(keyboard or USB flash memory) at one time. But It’s necessary to use USB keyboard to access to BIOS, so I cannot use my flash memory at the same time.

I wonder if using micro SD card to access fastboot mode and install Windows on my tablet.
