is there any guide for re flashing on fast boot mode?please help.

Hi.
i have chuwi vi10 64gb version.after i have reset my windows 10 i lost my screen aligment and usb ports!.now i cannot logon windows and i cannot connect usb mouse and keyboard too.

Usb ports are disabled to and magnetic docking keyboard does not work on android and windows.when i enter to bios (power button+volume) boot screen comes up but i can only go up and down row.i cannot choose or change boot order.so there is no way to install new windows:-(((

so is there any guide for reflashing on fast boot mode?please help.
