Issues with the tablet

Hello, I have a serious issue with this tablet. Left a message but thought later that the forums were a better option.

Yesterday I tried to reboot the Windows 10 OS from the settings, but took it 3 hours to get it to the Windows installation, and after that, jumped from 64% to 95% and keep restarting the tablet over and over, going directly to the Windows partition instead of dual boot, until it gave me a message of error about the ASPI Bios. Since I cant access or upgrade the bios because its an executable, I thought Windows was done.

I’ve been searching through the forums, and from what I can see, my only option would be with a powered hub, yet I dont know where to physically buy them in Prague, because I need it to work ASAP. Yet thats not the bigger issue, because I can live without Windows, worst case scenario, even when im gonna try and boot it with only the USB by using the fast boot going full enabled. The problem is that suddenly, the tablet is charging REALLY SLOWLY. Like, 8 hours of waiting from 50%, and yesterday was working fine. I dont know if it is related to the Windows issue, but its worrying me as hell.

I dont know if there is any way to make it work again without flashing the tablet entirely, because that could brick it since I’m clumsy as hell.

If somebody can answer me or send me a tutorial on how to fix this, I would be very grateful. Does anyone know if the slow charging is related to Windows bricking or that’s another issue?

Are you using the same cable?? I’ve realized that a standard microUSB cable doesn’t charge well. The factory cable is good for chargin.

For the Windows problem, your better bet is repeat the installation.

For recovering the dual boot menu, enter to the bios (volume + and power) and then, on the boot order change the option from Windows to Android, and hopefully the boot menu will be back.

I have been using the same cable for charging for a long time, since it works well. I managed to work out the boot manager, but whenever I try to boot to Windows, I have to repeat going to bios so it wont go automatically to Windows.

I’ll try to repeat the installation even without the keyboard, since I dont have a powered usb hub, yet idk what will happen. My biggest concern right now is what is happening with the battery, since it only started going sideways since the Windows installation malfunctioned.
